Today I am speaking with Allyson Cote, the Vice President of Maternova, a wholly-owned, women-run start up company that has built the first global marketplace, innovation incubator and collaboration platform dedicated to improving maternal and newborn health.

It is quite pleasing to see more and more that technology is playing a key role and is opening access to avenues that were once closed. I am encouraged to see women using Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) to take on humanity’s challenges.
